Information We Collect

STATGATOR Consulting may collect information that you voluntarily provide through this website, including your name, company name, email address, phone number, project information, messages, and files that you choose to upload.

Customer File Uploads

When you use a STATGATOR customer file-upload feature, submitted files are received by the STATGATOR web server for validation and transfer. Files may be temporarily stored on the web server while they are validated and transferred, and are then stored in private Google Drive storage controlled by STATGATOR Consulting. Customer uploads are not intended to be publicly accessible.

STATGATOR uses Google Drive API access only to create and manage files used by STATGATOR's own upload system. Website visitors are not asked to grant STATGATOR access to their personal Google Drive accounts.

The separate Large File Transfer portal requires an authorization password and accepts ZIP files up to 5 GB. Transfers are sent in small portions through the server to a dedicated private Google Drive. The portal uses a session cookie and temporary transfer records to authorize and resume uploads, and records password attempts to protect access.

How We Use Information

Information submitted through the website is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate and perform requested consulting or project work, receive customer-provided project files, communicate with customers, maintain website and upload-system security, and operate STATGATOR Consulting.

Google API Data

STATGATOR's Google authorization is used by the STATGATOR server to access the specific Google Drive files used with the application. Google authorization credentials are maintained server-side and are not exposed to website visitors. STATGATOR does not use Google API data for advertising.

Service Providers

STATGATOR uses service providers to operate its website and related systems. Information may be processed by those providers as necessary to provide hosting, security, email, and file-storage services. Customer-uploaded files may be stored using Google Drive.

Security and Retention

STATGATOR uses reasonable technical measures intended to protect submitted information and customer files. Information and files are retained as reasonably necessary for the applicable inquiry, project, business, security, or legal purpose and may be deleted when no longer needed.

Sharing

STATGATOR does not sell customer-uploaded files or personal information submitted through this website. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to provide requested services, operate supporting service providers, protect the website or business, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
